A reference note for verified, inferred, unverified, and blocked states.
Four labels
Verified has direct evidence. Inferred follows from evidence but was not directly observed. Unverified has not been checked. Blocked names the condition preventing a check.
Why keep them
The labels make a report easier to audit and reduce the chance that a plausible statement becomes an accidental fact.
